SAP & Sbem Calculations
All new building need to have a SAP rating on domestic buildings and SBEM calculations on commercial buildings, we are qualified to carry out both and have surveyed some of the largest and complexed buildings in Scotland & England

We can offer thermal imaging reports to identify air leakage and cold spots, this process can also help with damp patches and leaking pipes
